If you're looking for free music to add to that cool video or slideshow you're working on, the first place to check should be Kevin MacLeod's site: Incompetech.com.

Kevin is a prolific composer, music score producer, and a big believer in the Creative Commons "By" license. He makes his creations available for free download, asking for credit on your production and allowing for voluntary donations. He provides an FAQ page, with details about the extensive uses he allows for free (including most commercial uses), instructions for giving him proper credit, along with the few wrinkles and exceptions.

You Are Going to Be in Denver...

The Grand Hyatt Denver is located at 1750 Welton Street – which happens to be a stone’s throw away from the 16th Street Mall! 

The mall is home to 300 different stores, over 50 restaurants, and the Denver Pavilions; needless to say there are many sights and attractions right within walking distance. Another Great thing about the mall is that it is now a wireless internet hotspot where users can log in anywhere along the street, for FREE!

City Park is a few blocks directly east of the hotel and has the Denver Zoo & Denver Museum of Nature and Science right in its borders.

Near the southern end of the 16th Street Mall is the Golden Triangle Museum District. Segway tours are offered of the city, or there is the bicycle option for those more adventurous characters.

GoD and DoG by WJ Francisco: Beautiful thoughts for the holiday

Who among us has not contemplated the fact that Dog is God spelled backwards, in English, anyway? I know I have thought of it many times. And, the idea speaks to me in many ways. But, none so powerful and beautiful as this song on YouTube, by WJ Franscisco, who also has gifts and T-shirts at her site. (she also explains how the song came to be - a very good read)

My good friend,Anne from Ample Aliveness, sent this link to me and I couldn't help but share it with all. Anne, we thank you tremendously and we thank WJ for the video. It's a tribute to the love and devotion our dogs give, unconditionally...because God made them that way on purpose.
