I heard, but I didn't read about Pinterest. Thanks for the review.

caren gittleman

great explanation. It is my newest and favorite time waster lol.

Another thing I do when I post blogs I like is I supply the link to other people's blogs.

I know Caren. It's too easy to spend too much time on it. I love surfing the web anyway and having some place to add visual bookmarks makes it harder to concentrate on work.

I know ... Pinterest seemed like a place women looked at pretty handbags and chocolate recipes, so I was a bit intimidated. Maybe I'll give it a shot. I mean, I'll do anything to get more traffic to my blog - even pinning!

I just received my invite today, was unsure at first it seemed like "Virtual scrap-booking", but I'm looking forward to starting it, because after spending all hours on the net just isn't enough! lol (My poor husband is so going to kill me!)

Montecristo Travels

Thinking of using it to plan our next - with canine - trips.

The idea of using Pinterest to remember blog post ideas is sterling! Can't wait for part two of this series.

Thanks for the information. I have been looking at Pinterest trying to figure out how to use it to to get visitors to my site. I really like the idea about a board for post ideas. I'm going to do that!

I am **in love** with Pinterest. L. O. V. E. I have a board for recipes and another for ideas to turn into dog recipes. Plus, my "crazy dog lady" board for random fun dog stuff and another for my Pet Project 365.

It's a great tool. Right now about 10% of my traffic is coming from pins, so that is pretty cool. I've definitely started changng how I blog to make it more "pinable" and I've added a "pin it" button under the images I'm hoping will get pinned.
