If you haven't already seen it, go read Nadine's hilarious "Top Ten" post on The Healing Art of Pet Parenthood blog. After I read it, I just couldn't resist taking the parody a bit farther with this video:

I do think Nadine left off an eleventh reason for getting yourself to BlogPaws 2010: she'll be there! (Though maybe that's implied in her Reasons #4 and #3 ... surely not #2 ...)
